Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not fully satisfied:

• You must email us at phora.jewelriies@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging intact.

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: Any items not returned in original condition, or requests made after 7 days, will not be eligible for a refund.
