  2.  Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items: While we strive for perfection in every piece, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [number of days, e.g., 7 days] of receiving your order.   3. Custom and Personalized Items: Items that are custom-made or personalized to your specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

  4. Return Shipping Costs: In the case of an exchange for a defective or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other exchanges, including size or style changes, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  5. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and secure.
